you can get a ring sizer from the mall...like one of those plastic ones...or download one off the internet and use one of her rings to size it.

absolutely everyone has a different ring size. most rings are made in a sz 7. if you are wondering, because you want to buy a gift, then the easiest way is to take a ring that she wears on the finger you are buying for, but one that she won't notice is missing. you can take that to the jewelry store and have it sized. then, just put it back where you found it.

Look at her hands and if the hand is not too small then get a size 7, that is the universal size for woman. If the hands are small then get a size 6 or very, then a size 5. If her hands looks big them get a bigger size 8, 9 etc.

the woman's ring size is usually samller and thinner than a man's. there should be a chart they use at the store when u buy the ring. you stick your finger through a chart and it determines ur size. they use that for class rings in high school.

most jewelry stores sell rings in size seven (which happens to be my size). I would figure the most common sizes are between 6 1/2 and 8 as that is what is most commonly found in jewelery stores. Anything bigger and they jeweler has to send it for sizing.

there is no average. the best way is to borrow a ring that fits, and take itto a jeweler and ask them to size it for you. they have a little cone shaped tool that works great. However, if you are getting her a ring for Christmas, just buy a size 7 and she can take it in to be fitted after Christmas.

Well there really isn an average. I wear a 5 1/2 I believe. If the ring is a present you could always just find a ring in her jewelery box and measure it without her knowing.

Trying to get a ring size, take a piece a string, wrap it around the finger, make note of where it touches. mark it, take it to your jeweler he will know what to do.

Note if your wanting to surprise her this might be easier said that done. be creative, use a bread tie maybe, making her a silly ring, let her laugh at you now, you will get her later.
Our just simply buy her what you or she likes, most places size for free.
