I have been racking my brain to come up with a $25-$35 gift for my 27 year old secretary. She is really into the environment and animals. Any suggestions?

being a sec myself, dont get her anything to do with work.... she may like a nice plant, or flowers with a card that says how much you appreciate everything she does for you...or maybe just treat her to a nice lunch one day....my boss takes me out for lunch on special occasions and i love it......

If you want to piss her off, make a donation in her name to an animal preservation society or something. I had a boss do that once and I didn't like it because, no offense, I wanted the gift. However, if you want to get her something REAL, then get her a gift card/certificate to a nail salon/spa for a manicure and pedicure...and THEN give her an afternoon off to go enjoy them. Good Luck!

Wealthy? Try some really great scented candles. Maybe a gift basket with some flowers and candles and stuff. Have you tried Michaels if you have one there? Or even some really expensive wine? What else is there, it's the thought that counts. Good luck.

2 options for you. 1st, is she married and, if so, contact her husband for assistance. 2nd, a gift in her name to an environmental group might be a nice option.

Make a donation to a nonprofit in her name.. usually they'll send you evidence that you've done so and sometimes a little present as well :-)
