I used to work in a childrens play centre and I think its this, might be slightly wrong though!

I really think this is great and to be quite honest the way forward this is going to teach the next generation of children that breastfeeding is nothing to be hidden nor be ashamed off, and i think that we should see more of it. Breastfeeding is one of the most Natural beautiful things a mother can do not to mention the way nature intended. As a child i grew up with 4 younger siblings and my mother never breastfed any of us, and everything was very hush hush as far as our bodies went, i dont think ive ever seen my mum or dad pop across the landing to the bathroom in there undies! that sort of thing lol My Auntie once had a baby and was breastfeeding in her living room while me and my family were there i was about 10 years old, and when we got home i overheard my mother saying how wrong it was that my auntie did this in front of us all, and tbh i did feel uncomfortable and so i grew up feeling that breastfeeding was a very private thing that shouldn't be seen! Now I'm older and a mother myself i have learnt that breastfeeding is NOT bad should NOT be anything to be embarrassed about, the same goes for our bodies i very often walk around in the bedroom naked with my children there and i take baths with my Daughter, i want them to grow up and be proud of there bodies and not feel that its disgusting to be what nature intended. My point is i think that with TV aimed at younger children showing breastfeeding will hopefully will put an end to another generation of people against breastfeeding. so well done CBeebies! PS i love the shiny show! its......A shiny!!!! lol
