Go to a local parts store. Rebuilt electrical stuff is best bought in your local area that way if you have problems you can go back.

Ebay is a good place to look, but make sure to look at the seller's feedback before buying. Junkyards will most likely be your best bet. call local junk yards, and ask them if they have that car, and if so, ask if they have a starter in it. If they do, and you don't want to pull it yourself, most places will pull it for you for a tiny extra fee. It shouldn't be too much. You will want to call around everywhere, and look at reputable web sites such as Ebay to find the lowest price.

Most parts stores sell re-manufactored parts that comes with a warrenty. There're more affordable and just like new. Try not to buy any electrical part used.

the absolute cheapest type starter for your Honda would be the hubby or bf, just have them push it, it'll start right up.
