Anybody out there have a PSP? What do you think of it? I'm thinking of getting one for travelling this spring and thought it might make good entertainment on long flights.

I have one and like it. If you're a gamer, then you'd probably like the PSP a lot. You still have to carry around the UMDs (Universal Media Discs) for your games and movies, although movies can be ripped and stored on your flash memory (the Sony memory Stick Pro Duo). If you just want to watch movies and listen to mp3s, I'd highly recommend buying a portable video/music player instead. You can load everything on to it before you leave home (movies and music), and don't have to carry anything else around. Just be sure you have enough battery life. The iPod Video products are very popular. Archos puts out some players that have bigger screens and look pretty good as well.

god you incredibly want a psp huh? nicely i could propose you to: a million) beg your mom and dad 2) get good grades ( my mom and dad offered me psp reason I have been given no 60% in checklist card hehe I in many cases fail ) 3) do newspaper delivery and save up money to purchase psp yet do no longer scouse borrow or carry one hundred money expenses because of the fact it could be incredibly unusual for ll 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous boy donning all that money. good success oh one greater concern , psp is rather cool to have whether it dones't nicely worth you to get in to penal complex .

I have one. It is a really cool system but there is a serious shortage of good games. I have also heard rumors that they are going to release a new redesign. You may want to hold out for a while.

Yeah i have one and it's awesome except the market for games could be better. but it's useful as far as Entertainment goes too.

Its the best thing since slice bread! You can mod them and play other games other than psp games. its almost like a pc. you can play it next your wife while she sleeps! hehe! i do! you can do a search online and see what they are capable of doing.
