The show I'm thinking about only ran for a short while in the early 80's. It was a live action sci-fi program that ran on Saturday mornings. I can't remember much of the plotline, but I do know there were two robotic aliens that had been sent to earth; one good, one evil. Both of them took the shape of small flying saucers with heads attached, (sort of like in the movie "Batteries not Included", but larger) I was pretty young at the time, so thats all I remember. Please help. This is driving me crazy.

The only specific show reference I saw was for a show called Starstuff, but I think it only aired in the Philadelphia market.
I've been wracking my brain trying to think of shows I watched back then: Johnny Socko and His Flying Robot, Ultraman, and Spectraman, but I think maybe Space Giants is the closest thing to what you're talking about. Sorry if it's not, though.
