You might try contacting Planned Parenthood. The home pergnancy test kits are pretty reliable though. To me, peeing on a stick would be better than getting stuck with a needle.

If you do not have health insurance you could always go to a clinic. Most clinics are very helpful, free, and clean. Look in the yellow pages under health dept. for a local clinic in your area.
