Through the daily practice of Mindfulness Meditation. It helps us think, speak, and act/perform with a relaxed, peaceful and alert mind.
It has been proven by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD. that 15 min. a day of Mindfulness Meditation increases Cognitive Thinking, improves one's Concentration, Focus, and Memory. And it also
helps one be much more patient, not be so easily angered nor irritable with people, oneself, and situations of life. There are Many Many other benefits as well. And it is so simple to learn. Start with the Mindfulness of Breathing. It does not have to through Dr. Kabat-Zinn's books, there are many sites on the internet which teach Mindfulness Meditation.
It also helps one to see things clearly, people, situations, etc. in life clearly as they truly are. This way a person does not over react, and sees things clearly, with a sound mind. And the practice improves Relationships as well. For as we all know life is built upon successful reltionships with humanity !!
