When frustration builds up we need an outlet right?......so what is the best way to let out your frustration, just let it all hang out.

I don't think that letting go of your emotions is the best way, Its not what has happened to us that we fear , it is the way we act to a certain situation that hurts us, we need to stay in control of our emotions, and release them on our own time.

Best way to let go of your frustration is by going to the gym! Great for your body and mind. There's no better feeling than the one after a hard workout.

Punch Bag. Set up a home gym in your garage and give it some pasty!!! Alternatively, like me, learn to play an instrument. I have played guitar for 15 years and its a great way to relax and let the stress go- remember the positives always far outweigh the negatives :)

I chat about things to my hubby, family and friends, go for a walk, have a bubble bath or I listen to cheesy 80's power ballads and sing along like a strangled cat which lowers my blood pressure, but raises the neighbours' LOL

I prefer the bash and burn method of frustration and anger release. First you bash the hell out of a piece of wood with a hammer - really murdering it. Then I build a fire in the fire pit and burn up whatever is left. It sounds silly, but it works for me.

I go and watch Man City every home game, i scream and shout from start to finish, when i walk away from the game i feel quite chilled, its very theraputic!!

by a punch bag , put some good music on and punch and kick the hell out of it ,
thats what i do and i also let people do it to me as i am a kickboxing trainer, cheers

I find sticking my head in the fish tank and having a good gargle helps.
