In the very first stages of life, every fetus starts out as a female. Males become males only with the addition of greater amounts of testosterone, which suppresses the development of female sex organs. Strong evidence for that fact can be found about a quarter of the way down a man's chest, his nipples. Nearly all mammalian embryos have mammary tissue from the beginning in preparation for future motherhood.

We all have all the same parts. The only differentiation is in the levels of the hormones testosterone and estrogen. Higher testosterone makes testes instead of ovaries in the embryo; penis instead of vagina.
