Did you ever see that God is also the mother of weather...?

Did you ever see that God is a mother also as well as interwoven into the biological makeup of our planet ? He is the one who gives birth to ice and snow...etc.

Job 38:28-30
28 And who do you think is the father of rain and dew,
29 the mother of ice and frost?
30 You don't for a minute imagine
these marvels of weather just happen, do you?
