There have been very few people to "officially" announce. One is Gov. Tom Vilsack from Iowa. (http://www.tomvilsack08.com/)

But the people you're talking about: The woman is Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton's wife and the current senator from New York. The black male is Barack Obama, current sentator from Illinois. Both are expected to run for president.
Clinton doesn't have much chance, because she is so despised by many republicans and independents. I think Obama is the future of politics. He could be the next JFK and inspire a nation, if he's given the opportunity.

So far, Hillary Clinton has not announced she is running, but everyone expects her to. The same with Black American, Barack Obama. Dennis Kucinich a Senator, made his announcement yesterday, but doesn't have a chance, really. And former Senator John Edwards has signed a Campaign manager.

Other candidates include Republicans Mitt Romney, John McCain, Rudolph Guiliani, and whoever else thinks they have a shot.

Right now, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton is considered a "potential" candidate, as are Senator Barack Obama and the Reverend Al Sharpton. None of these 3 are "official" or "announced" or - to my knowledge - even formed explanatory committees just yet. Obama & Sharpton are both African-American.

We don't know yet. It is highly probably that both Barack Obama & Hillary Clinton will run.
