I have to do an intrest speech and I was going to talk about how I got and trained the horse I ride he is a retired race horse and I was wondering if that would bore you to death to hear 3-5 min about that if you didn't know anything about horses. Would you care or be like "so what who cares why did she think we want to know about that"??

That sounds like it could be fascinating. Remember that the audience probably doesn't know much about this, so you may have to state some obvious things for them, like how rare it is to get a race horse and how much they cost when they are in their prime. Talk a bit about why race horses are so valuable and rare. Then explain how you were able to get one and what you trained him to do. What was difficult about it? What were you not expecting when you trained him? Was he faster than any horse you had been on before? How much slower is he than the top 3 race horses today that are in their prime? Are you going to breed him with other people's horses? Have you race him before? What did you name him and why?

It would be interesting, but you should also have some pictures to go with it. Maybe while you're talking pass around some pics of the horse etc.

It would be interesting. Also, for a speech, it looks best if you can give a speech on something that you are the authority in the class. So, go for it, tell an interesting story.
