Whats a good way to make them really appear bigger and sexier? Or can small eyes be sexy,too? Cuz I certainly dont feel like they are.

Black eyeliner is suppose to make them appear bigger. Dont use dark/black shades of eyeshadow, I think they'll just make your eyes smaller. Use light colored, shimmery shades. Get some volumizing mascara, and curl your eyelashes with a curler if you want. I wish I had smaller eyes.

It is my understanding that to make your eyes larger, you should use ligter shades of eyeshadow and only outline half of your eyes with eyeliner (like halfway acroscc the top and bottom). Dar colors and full liners will make them look smaller and more "sunken". Also, use a curling mascara and eyelash curler to open your lashes up.

small eyes are awesome but if u feel the need to bring them out use mascara or eyeliner

use black/brown eyeliner along your lower lash line BUT not inside cos that will make your eyes look smaller. You can use white eyeliner on the inside.
Then use mascara etc...

wear eyeliner. NO BRIGHT COLOR EYESHADOW , that will make you look cheap , pencil eyeliner for bottom and some liquid on top , not too thick tho

eye liner.. you should outline you whole eye with it.. just try it once and see if you should do it again and if you like how it looks.. and you should try some darker color eye shadows.
