I have to go with my guys, the Redskins. Supposedly the free agent signings in the off season were supposed to take this team over the top. Gibbs stuck with Brunell too long when the season was already out of hand. It's disappointed to see them end the season this way when they won a playoff game last year.

I agree with the Carolina call. I was a fan before we even had a team. I had field-level tickets to both the scrimmage games on the 50 yd line when we were trying to prove we could support an NFL team here. But they have dropped the ball this year. Deshaun foster is not the running back he should be, and Nick Goings, though he tries hard is an insufficient back up. Chris weinke has been a part of the organization WAY too long, and why exactly did they pay all that money for Keyshawn Johnson, who hasn't been producing, when they didn't have a decent running back?

Though other teams have poorer records I would say that the biggest underacheivers are the Panthers. They seem to not be able to get any consistant play from there offense. There defence is poor against the pass. They have had the usual injurys like everyone else however they are not coping as well. Last weekends game against the Giants was between 2 teams with the same problems yet the Giants won with aquite a bit to spare.

The most disappointing probably belongs to the 4-9 Redskins, who were going to the playoffs last year. The 6-7 Steelers, the 6-7 Panthers, and the 5- Rams deserve honorable mention.

Right now, the Panthers, because of how their season turned out. Once we get to the postseason, the Colts, because we all know what happens to the Colts in the postseason.
And to the guy who said the Giants and the Eagles are sorryass teams; that ain't right. Both have been torn up by injuries and are still staying strong, and were good teams to begin with.

Giants, they have the talent supposedly. They started strong. Now we are all learning the truth of the "Manning" Pedigree though. Namely that Peyton is a great regular season QB and the father and brother aren't on his level. That should prove it isn't a pedigree though.
Some will say Steelers- I say injuries and bad calls hurt them the most, well the stupid penalties hurt as well but all is beside the point.
Dolphins will get some mention. Culpepper is overrated anyway. Then he was starting after not playing for half a season after knee surgery. We had no clue what he would be like. So now we know he isn't as great we thought he was going to be.

The Panthers. I hate to say it. I still love my team for life. But the Panthers just didn't do their job. We lost to sorry *** teams like Philly, Redskins, Minnesota, Dallas, Cinncy, Giants. We should've been 12-1. the 4th quarter ALWAYS. I'm telling you, if we would just stick to our roots and be a all running team, we would've been straight. THe Panthers and Steelers have something in common we both lose our good power running backs and is having a bad season. Jake and Ben are making crazy mistakes with the ball. Carolina should've gotten Mike Anderson, a power runner from Denver.

Carolina Panthers in the Preseason nobody could stop talking about how the Panthers were gonna go 14-2 and win the Super Bowl. They now are on the bubble at 6-7.

I really do not know, The Oakland Raiders really disappointed
me. When the Beagals blowed them out of the Ohio River,
The Raiders need some major help and major changes to say the least. The Redskins a very close second. The third big
bomb has to be the Steelers. They could play spoiler though,
so watch out!!!!!

Definitely the Steelers IMO. The team finished at 11-5 last year, won the Super Bowl and had very little turnover of key players at each position (the most notable being a 3rd receiver in Antwaan Randle-El and backup bulldozer in Bettis.)

Cowboys and Redskins..redskins got lot of good players in the offseason and everyone thought they could go to the superbowl this year but look at them 4/9.Cowboys because they got a good team and everyone expected them to go undefeted or atleast 14/2 but it doesn't look like they are super bowl team this year even if tony romo is good, the cowboys should focus on winning games and not haveing a good birthday party. And after the loss to saints they have no chance of even geting to the playoffs if they played like they did against the saints.
