Most stores aren't getting PS3's for quite some time. If you need to know where you can buy it, and an estimation of what time they will arrive in your area, you need to check this site:

Enter in your zip code, and it will show you where each store is getting the PS3, as well as how many PS3's that store is estimating on getting. Or, there are ebay listings near your location if you decide to buy it online from a seller.
