All of those things are good to help you relax. Sex is a great way to relax as well.
Listen to some really soft soothing music and let the music carry you away to where there is not stress.

Take a deep breath and try and not let it bother me. Then have a drink lol. Never drink when your totally stressed. Things get all emotional and crap! LOL

Go for a walk, that is so relaxing, or believe it or not, I have a 75 gallon fish tank, sometimes I just sit there and watch my fishy! THat is so relaxing!

Try yoga, or meditation. The yoga might hurt but the breathing thing aint so bad.
