I sure do. I am in Florida and two of my grown children are living in NY and I get so down. But we call each other at least 10 times a day x-mas eve and day and talk about our gifts and laugh, but a week before that I am super moody. Just try not to show it or take you x-mas blues out on someone else, don't spoil someones elses joy with your woes, that is about the only advise i can give. I talk about it to freinds, telling them i miss the kids, but then i think, there are those that are worse off, no gifts, no food, nowhere to live. If your child is happy and healthy then that is the best x mas gift you can have

There are a number of people who have that problem during the holiday season(s). To begin with on a BAD NITE make it special by choosing a CHEERY MOVIE and invite over some friends. Make sure that you have great snacks like popcorn, peanuts, soda-pop, and Cheetos's. After the movie you should have a nice desert like Sundaes, cookies, or cake. Friends always make things special. You could begin meeting with a group of people and having a BIBLE STUDY. If you are unsure about that, contact a local Church to set up one with their members. I would suggest reading and studying the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) to begin the study. This can be profitable for everyone, no matter what age, race, or ethnic background. Above all else... Have a Happy Holiday!!
