I know that it is not a cartoon but the Chronicles of Narnia is a good one. Also Lilo & Stitch, Ice Age the first one because I heard the second one has some bad language in it, The Incredibles, A Bug's Life, Finding Nemo

These are the ones I bought for my kids ages 5-11...Cars, Monster House, Ice Age 2, Shaggy Dog, Over the Hedge, and Narnia The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. All really good for a kid of any age.

"How The Grinch Stole Christmas" with Jim Carrey or the original cartoon would be great, they'll have a Christmas movie to watch on Christmas Day. And I truly think that movie is great for all ages, it relates to the true meaning of Christmas : it is better to give than to receive.
You've also got:
Disney movies such as Fox and the Hound, Thumbelina, Alladin, and so on
Ice Age - very funny and very cute
Anything that you get is going to run you from $10-$20.
That is a great idea and I hope that it works out.
