is limewire illegal? my little brother downloaded it on my computer and i got a terrible virus . had to get a new hardrive. do you think that the virus could have come from limewire or from playing metal gear solid subsistence online? (using a playstation 2 network adapter?)

oh hell yeah dude... limewire is legal... as long as you do not make a profit on it... but it could still bring in a virus into your comp... i recoment having your anti virus and your firewall on while you use it... hell have it no all the time... and scan every file that you download...

Limewire rocks. But you need to be careful. There are TONS of viruses on Limewire. You most likely got the virus from Limewire.
