Is it true that in your dreams you feel nothing, you just simply dream? I dunno, I had a dream once and it felt so real! This guy that I SO totally like *Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers* and i were standing there and he was mad at me for some reason and i was crying and trying to like explain myself and he just said "No." and i was really upset, so i think u CAN feel pain or anything in certain dreams right?

You can definately feel emotions in your dreams. I have some dreams that the emotions feel just as real as real life.

Dreams mean absolutly nothing, because your frontal lobe is inactive during dreams and your limbic system controls your thoughts they make no sense and usually are just a display of random thoughts and emotions. Your sleep cycle is made of five stages, the first four are NREM in which your physical body regains its strength. It is the last stage, stage five, that REM sleep comes in and your cerbral activity spikes, but because your frontal lobe is not active your thoughts are a big jumble or things in your mind. The reason dreams can FEEL so real and are always emotional is because yor limbic system is running your brain and it is this system that control all human emotions. It is because of the limbic system making you think you are in pain that causes you to think you feel it when you wake up or even cry/ yell/ twitch during sleep.

You can feel emotions through your dreams.
One night I woke up crying because of my dream.

Dreams can be your wants, fears, and sometimes predict the future. They are very real in a certain sense.
