Yes it is - change your pill coz its called breakthrough bleeding. Usually happens with the mini-pills around now. Go and tell your GP and he/she will put you on a different pill xxx

the pill can play havoc with your cycle if you've only started taking it. this can take upto 4/6mths before your body can settle in with a contraceptive that controls your bleeding. so long as you're taking it as prescribed by your Doc then , there's nothing to worry about. these irregularities such as having 2 bleeds in month isn't usual, nor is spotting, or prolonged bleeding, heaviness, bloatiness etc. if you notice something that is more worrying for you, then get an appt.with the Doc, and they could put your mind at ease.. take care
ps. always w/out fail, take ALL your pills in the packet, and if you don't manage that, then carry on regardless with the rest of the packet, but take EXTRA PRECAUTIONS instead like using a condom, yeah.. better be safe, than sorry.. also do the same, if you're sick as this would render the pill useless, and thus, no protection..
