I'm pagan, and am aware of people using "love spells" before. But as a warning, realize that what you do can't be undone. Have you ever seen the movie "The Craft"? I believe in that movie they briefly touch on a love spell gone wrong. The rule of three applies here...whatever you put out will come back to you three-fold. Making someone love you or want you is very dangerous and could easily turn into something you don't want.
Besides - wouldn't you rather someone love you because they WANT you - not because they are tricked into it?

Depends on where you are -- if you are in range of NYC by mass transit, go to Enchantments on East Ninth Street. If in MA, well, if on the Cape try the Magic shop in P-town on Commercial Street (I don't remember the name); if nearer Boston try The Cat, The Crow, and The Crown in Salem MA. If near Albany NY, try the Magic Moon in Saratoga Springs (on Phila St), if in PA, try the town of New Hope, there are several Wiccan shops.
Now a lot of these shops won't do the work for you -- but they will provide you with the materials to do it for yourself. A few of them will also direct you to practitioners who will do it.
Bear in mind though that you cannot breach anyone's freewill -- you can only nudge them toward loving you or lusting for you. Still depending, it may be worth it to you.
What might work better is having them work, or working yourself, a charm to make yourself more irresistible in general for the desired sex. It isn't directed, but you will likely get better results out of it overall, because you aren't looking to potentially breach anyone's free will at all.
I hope that helps.
Kind regards,
Reyn
