Could be, I had the same thing happend when i was pregnant with my 1st...So you might just be pregnant so i would say take a test in about 5 days and wait like 2 days after your missed period since you calculated you approx due date for your period was in 3 days....soo good luck baby dust to you....................................

I would take a pregnancy test. Before I found out I was pregnant I felt like I had the worst flu of my life. I was dizzy pukey and constantly in a cold sweat. If you are wondering it can't hurt to take the home test. I'd buy the two pack and if it says no wait a week and try it again. Then if you still need some resolution as to what is going on with you go to the doctor.

Extra sex and stress can both shorten your periods, as far as any of the symptoms they are pretty normal for just about anything, It used to be porttrayed that pregnant women would faint alot on TV but has been seen as more of a myth over the past 20 years.
Tall women and men also have those symptoms and
Low blood sugar can also cause your symtoms so try to get a physical before you conceive.

Especially as you are under stress you should not take signs as being too meaningful. Your hormonal activity changes over time and a lot of factors cotribute to this changes.

The best way for you know is to do an ultra sound. I always recommend ultra sounds as they reveal more than blood or urine tests.

Go get a test to find out. If you are under stress it can cause your periods to become irregular.
