LEEP results?

Question

What's the success rate of a leep procedure? What would happen if not all displasia is gone after the first time? I'm having it done in a few days and worried that all bad cells are removed fromt the first time. My OB said it went deeper to glands than the top of the cervix. Does anyone know what results to excpect after LEEP?
