I haven't but my mum has. We were in London once (Topshop, to be exact) and she went to readjust her bag strap on her shoulder, but she missed and squarely smacked herself in the face.

I have right hooked myself trying to pull tape off a box pulled to hard and hand lost grip of the tape amd got me right on the chin lol i had a bruise for days!

Yep - quite often. Did it last week putting the christmas tree up. Pulling the top bit up and hand slipped - I whacked myself in the jaw. It hurt like hell but amused my husband no end xxxx

I have pulling on something that was stuck, and it came loose unexpectedly, and BAM!
I also did it during a car accident, on impact, I went forward and my lip met my hand.......
