My boyfriend wants electric shaver. He is a black man, and has pretty curly and hard beard. And he gets really bad razor bumps if he uses normal razor. What is the best electric shaver I can get for him? And how much does it cost approximately? Any idea?

Philips wet+dry. My b/f has the same probs, but he started using a lotion called "bump patrol" and he no longer gets the bumps+spots. They sell it in most big chemists in uk, but it is a US product if thats where u're from. They also sell it in afrobeauty shops.
