I think the USA and the world should be changed and very soon it is a double standard. On a hot day women not just men should be able to go without a shirt. Just because women have breasts that is no reason why they should have a top on on a very hot day. For because women have breasts they get hotter faster than men and this is even more ture for women with really big breasts. Men do not have breasts why should they get so hot so much? If women NEED this RIGHT even more than men then give it to them, and they do!! What do you think about this, you know I make a good point right?

i agree....but ....imagine seeing a whole bunch of topless chicks walking down the street when you're driving. that's a 20 car pile up waiting to happen. but it is very unfair. i dont think that would/should ever happen...at least not in this day & age

all people are created equal, and I believe women should be able to go shirtless as well, but is there someone you would NOT want to see shirtless? I know there are those I don't wanna see that way.

ummmm guys would struggle a bit with that.. and girls too.. i wouldnt want members of my family to see me. or take away what is meant for only my husband to see.. and no way WOULD i want my husband to see other women.. those things are covered for a reason...would you wnt to see your little 17 sister walking around topless?
