No, I've never gotten food poisoning from Sonic. I eat there once in awhile. Love the strawberry shakes. But the stories and the teenage workers do concern me....

Nope, but I'll tell you a story about when I worked at Sonic when I was 16...
It was the day after 4th of July, and we had all been partying pretty hardily the evening before. One guy was pretty nauseous and didn't want to stay home because he was a "determined worker". So instead he spewed all over the grill, in the fryers, all over the stuff in the kitchen. He also threw up all over the onion rings (which, by the way - they make fresh every day). We helped clean everything off the grill, onion rings, etc - but our boss said "Don't clean it out of the fryer - it's so hot it killed all the germs anyway, just strain out the big chunks." So we went that entire week with spew in the fryers.
I was there - saw it happen. So this isn't an "Urban Legend". I promise. Keep that in mind the next time you eat at Sonic.

Yes i got really sick from sonic! I had the chicken strip dinner and after an hour or two later i was throwing up! By the way the service at sonic sucks! Rude teenagers working there to!

I don't think there is anything you can do after the fact. I think it would get into your system so quick. If you are not sick in one hour I would think you are ok but in case I am wrong why not call an after hours clinic and ask, Some hospitals will give information like that out if you call the ER. Yes just yesterday my husband and I ordered the 4 lil chickies, one chili cheese lil doggies and a footlong chilli cheese dogs. Been having diarrhea and vomiting since last night.
