Have to agree with C.Million have to point something out Hoston is really coming on in basketball, already a hotbed for football alot of players are coming out of H-Town these days.

Nj they got 3 of the top 6 teams all up in north jersey #2 st pats #3 st benedicts #6 st anthonys

I think it more depends on what school you go to. Oak Hill Academy in Mouth-of-Wilson VA is the best basketball school. You'll get plaenty of prep attention in NYC/Mount-Vernon/New Jersey, Atlanta, Chicago, and Southern California.

I know some of them ain't towns but it is what it is. Big popular area get more shine than other states like SC.
