Not sure exactly what you are looking for. Maybe you could give an example. The only thing I came up with was:

Being Blind, Deaf, and Dumb. To some people that would evoke a feeling of pity, but I admire someone who is Blind to other people's mistakes. Deaf to the stupid things other people can say and Dumb to having the need to state someone else's faults.

Ex: The homeless man gave his last dollar to a citizen in need.

(He's homeless-pity, he gave something he didn't really have- admiration.)
