I assume you ripped a copy of your own game to avoid disk wear and tear.
I assume you are also talking about a PC game. You need to get the computer to play the game using the iso file you now have.
Download and install a program called Alcohol 120% (you can find a trial version at download.com). Install the software and re-boot your computer as it tells you to.
Alcohol will create a virtual drive on your computer where you can mount the iso file. Once the file is mounted, double click on it to run the install program. The game will install normally on your computer because the computer now thinks you have the disk installed.
To play the game you will have to find a "no-cd" hack. These usually consist of a few files you have to replace in one of the game folders (usually a couple of .dll files (dynamic link library) and a new executable you can replace to old one with).
If you own the game, this is not illegal. The no cd crack might be frowned upon by some, but I say if it is your game you have the choice. It is much more convenient to play with no cd in my opinion.
good luck.

if you want to play a ripped game on your computer, and your ripped game might just happen to be a psx one, try downloading an emulator (snesorama.us) epsxe is a good one, when you set up your emulator, create a games folder and place your ripped game file in it and run your game
