A "toe jam" is actually something that happens when a person hits there toe on a wall or other such object and causes it to hurt. This is not related to jam or jelly in any way. I would recommend making turkey sandwiches.

If its for ur boss then yea its really really good. U can use it as frosting on a cake, peanut butter in a sandwich or mustard on a hot dog...it dont matter it'll be sweet for u
