no....he's the one who did something stupid.
you should tell him that you can't and won't be friends with someone who smokes thier life away.you are better than that and if your"friend"
smokes pot, then obviously your better than him,and you need to find friends that will SUPORTyou and will live that lifestyle, too.

Well, I don't really know what happened but if your friend smokes weed that's his choice and you can speak out against it all you like. But at the end of the day its his decision and you need to respect that choice while at the same time making it clear you don't think its right. If you're forcing your ideas on him than you should apologize. But if on the other hand he put you in a situation where you were forced to be around people smoking weed than you have every right to be angry and he should do the apologizing.

Ok U'r fully against weed, you shouldn't have to change your belief's cuz of a friend that dosn't talk to you. Stay strong, stay firm, cuz it you give in then it's jus' tell'n him that it's ok to smoke as long as it's not near you'r knowledge. It's like you having to change your religion cuz your friend is the tottal oposite religion. You should have a friend that likes you for you, and respects your beliefs. If he dosn't come to his sences then he'll jus' be drown'n himself w/ trouble, you don't need to be in all that drama. There's always help'n him, but only if he wants to get help. You'll be a true friend jus' by even think'n of help'n him out of his addiction.

I think an apology is in order but only for the way you handled things. I would never apologize for something I believe in . and I also think your friend should give you an apology for know how you feel avbout the situation and going ahead and doing it in your presence.

Do not send conflicting messages. Do not continue with the silent treatment. Do not apologize. Just say what you need to say:
"I cannot be your friend because you like your weed more than you like being my friend, so it's over".

Apologize for the way you handled the situation, NOT for your feelings regarding it.
