get a good laptop, then you have all in one (no separate keyboard and display) and you can lugging it around.
Circuit City has a good deal atm, a Toshiba M115 laptop for just $600 (inclusive an all-in-one printer and a wireless router).

it would be helpful to say 700 what because if its 700yuan then I'm afraid you won't get anything but if you have £700 then there are lots of good computers you can buy, especially good desktops.
