nowadays kids are getting away with everything round here they spit at you swear chuck things at your door and most there parents dont care do you think law should get tougher or even on there parents

Here is my theroy on that.....as the world gets older more younger people are becoming more spoiled beacause of what the world teaches them.....even if there was some law against how teenagers and childred should act it wouldnt be followed. btw not all kids are like that....the parents that dont do anything about how there children act most likeley need to grow up and take charge thats the only way anything will improve.

I remember when i was younger.If i played up my mom just had to say she would tell my teacher an that would stop me in my tracks.These days it's the teachers that get abused.Yes i believe the law should get tougher on parents as they should be installing the discipline rather than let there children get away with being disrespectful.

Woah, if my kids ever did that they would be in big trouble. They have never done that to me or anyone else that I know of. No the law needs to stay out of it. But the parents do need to crack down on these kids now a days.

Unfortunately there is too much emphasis on child rights these days. Practically any form of punishment can be regarded as a violation of Children's Rights. This is why some kids take advantage of this and cause mayhem and chaos.

I think the law should make parents go through parental training , to properly discipline their kids.. so theydont turn out like animals.. but sometimes some kids are more prone to being more wild then others..i think spanking is apprporiate
