my % is off of babycenter.com And I know that it shouldnot break until later. I have been stopped from going into labor early twice now. So have reason to wonder.

With my first soon my water broke at home and it sure was a mess. But with my second son i was in the hospital in labor and the doctor came into my room to break my water and he said my water had already broke and that it must have trickled out of me instead of just bursting. Good Luck

I have three kids, and my water never broke. I was induced at 37 weeks with the first, 38 with the second, and 39 with the third. I remember praying for my water to break, but it never did!

My water broke, with my first and I hope it happens again so I know that means I am in labor and don't go through the stress of false labor again.

Water is not meant to break before labour is progressed, it is meant to protect the baby from infection and contractions.
Mine broke about 2 hours before my baby was born, after 3 days of labour.

With my son my water broke before labor started, and within 6 hours he was born. With my daughter they broke it for me as I was stuck at 7 cm for 6 hours, and after they broke it she was born within the hour.

Unfortunately, my water didn't break naturally the doctor had to do it. Incredibly painful. I wished that I could experience it naturally. Maybe if I have another it can work out that way.
