the way to hypnotize: have the person lie down and relax. tell them to relax their muscles one at a time, startign with outer extremities. then tell them " listen only to my voice" and tell them from a count of 10, you will go deeper into a trance. say 1, slowly deeper deeper, 2, 3, etc.
then you can put suggestions into their head.
this will only work if the person wants to be hypnotized, they will just fall asleep if you try too hard and they do not yield to the trance.

You can do an on line search and find techniques you can use, but the person must be compliant. Some are easily hypnotized and others aren't. Independent thinkers do not hypnotize well because they need to know what is going on and have control in what they say and do. They tend not to worry about other people's opinion.
The majority of people will not do anything that is against their principles.
Many people use hypnosis to help them stop smoking, help them lose weight, help build up their self-esteem, help them prepare for speaking engagements and do better at their jobs.

Ask them questions that go backward in time. Once you got them out, then just leave them alone.

personally, what i do is just walk around in front and of them and smile and stare into their eyes alot...then theyll do anything i say.
