The wifes family opens them on Christmas Eve and then Santa presents on Christmas morning for the kids. My family opens all on Christmas Day so it works out well for us. We spend Christmas Eve with her family then drive 4 hours to my family for Christmas Day. We get to have Christmas twice sort of and it's a lot of fun.

Usually Christmas morning. If they last that long. My boyfriend has a bad habit of wanting the kids to unwrap them early. This year we are doing it Christmas Eve morning because the kids won't be home Christmas day.
