i love to sleep to, i can understand why u like it, and i know what it can do to you, sleep is great, it refreshs u but it can also drain u, the more u sleep the more u want to sleep, the more tired u get, the less energy u have, the more u miss ur life. time passes by fast, and u let it. so in another words it's not good for u, simple as that, as cliche as it sounds try some type of exercise, or go do something u like to do, believe me when i say, u'll feel much better, and there will seem to be more time in a day.

its differant at differant stages of life for a teen or someone working stress related jobs yes its cool but maybe change the pattern get up earlier and eat something and start the body clock on a gsdiffferant pattern

The better question is, is this good for your life? Good lord you must have a boring life if sleep is better than being awake. I thing you should evaluate your life and start having fun. This much sleep is one sign of depression.

No it isn't. If you have a need to sleep more than 8 hours, I would suggest you see a Dr. You may have a medical problem that needs to be addressed.

It is better then some of the stuff you could be doing to your body. Just make sure you get up and go something with the time you have left.

Not really, you should only have about 8-9 hours, to much sleep will actually cause your muscles to decay because your not using them as much as they need to be.

it is good if you have not slept alot lately, you should only get 8 hours that is ideal. Your body and joints need to move and not stay still for that long!!

girls aren't suppose to do that. but there isn't anything wrong that's when your muscles regenerate and when you grow so it should be healthy it's healthier then staying up that long
