Do you suppose it's possible to worry so much about ending up pregnant you create symptoms? It's possible I'm pregnant.... but I can't help but notice feeling sick and queazy throughout the day and I get these nasty cramps that come and go every once in a while. Am I making stuff up in my mind?

Yes, people who are trying to conceive label it "pregochondria". I think the possibility of being pregnant puts us women in a state of physical awareness. We notice every little thing and wonder if it's a sign or symptom- and if pregnancy weren't a possibility at the time we would just ignore it.

Good luck- either way you want it!

Yes, it's possible to manifest the symptoms of pregnancy with either a very strong desire to be or fear of being pregnant. It's also possible that if you are pregnant, your stressing over it is making the symptoms worse. If you've missed a period, take a test or see a doctor to be sure.

it's totally possible to literally worry yourself sick!! i've done it 100 times!! it's also possible to stress yourself out so much that you miss your period, which makes you freak out even more!! if you're really that afraid of it, just go to the store and get the First Response test. it's the best test to detect the pregnancy hormone early on. or you could go to your doctor and ask for a blood test. just relax and know there's nothing you can do now, it's all up to fate. good luck!!

Yes it is. Many women do get this they worry themselves so much that they start to notice things and feel things. I actually made myself sick at one point and thought I was having morning sickness, all it turned out to be was stomach aches from stress. It happens more commonly in women who have trouble conceiving because they want to be pregnant so bad.

it is a good possiblity...try eating crackers too..it helps with the nausea...if the cramps are getting to the point where they bother you..go see your doc..you can never be too careful you know? also relaxing in a hot shower can help you feel better all together....if you believe you are prengnant take a home test then go to your doctors :-) good luck and best wishes

Yup! Might want to get a pregnancy test kit to rule out real pregnancy.
