yes, a blood test. Although today's pregnancy tests are so accurate, it isn't necessary to schedule a blood test too quickly. I'd wait until a few days after you expect your period. If you are still testing negative then, you are very likely not pregnent. Blood tests can determine pregnancy much sooner than a urine test, but they often are not used even by the docs as a way to make sure. If you think you are pregnant, you go and pee in a cup and they do a urine test. they may check your blood as well, but not to determine if in fact you really are pregnant, they are also looking at other things.

well if you have any symptoms that might help you determine whether or not your pregnant but the only definite way to find out is either a urine test or a blood test which can be done at a doctors office. Good luck!
