Is the average women able to "sense" when she is having her period?I mean internally, before obvious external dampness.

YES!!! Cramping, tenderness in her breasts, moodyness, and sometimes headache are all normal a fewdays before.

Yes, I feel mine coming most months. Sometimes it's a couple of days prior it actually starts, and sometimes it's a few hours before it starts. It just depends.
