Nasty condtions...snotty waitress...rotten Food?

Went to a Godfathers pizza place once that was so dirty we ended up leaving before our food got to the table. None of the tables were clean, all of the employees were chatting with each other, and the bathrooms actually had crap on the floor. It was foul.

As a professional chef, i know what to look for, so i know what places to go to and what places to walk away from.
in the dining room, first thing to look at is the corners of the floor. if there is a bunch of old dirt and crap laying there, walk away. if they take little care of what the customer CAN see, then it is a fair assumption that they take NO care in what the customer CANT see.

It was at McDonalds. My friend worked at the one I was eating at and told me that she found a worm in the fryer once, and they don't wash the dishes just rinse them off with hot water.

chinese buffet last night
