Okay, I need help on what to get my bf for christmas! We've been going out for exactly 9 months now...I was thinking a silver hand chain and on the inside, in small print (ill get the guy to carve it on) it'll say 3.13.06, which is the date that we met =) is that good? bad? any other suggestionss?? plzz help , thank you =)

Every guy I have ever dated hated the idea of jewelry as a present. They never wore it and I ended up wasting money.
Your best bet is to get him gift cards so he can get his own present... that way he can choose the perfect gift.

Most guys don't like getting jewelry,it is too "girly" to most,ok at least to the ones I know it is. So don't go sending any nasty ugly comments people,I am only stating MY answer to this question. What about a photo of the two of you from one of your first dates,or a special place the two of you went together put into a nice frame. Or maybe fix him the meal you had cooked in the past that was his favorite? A copy of the first movie the two of you went to see. Something that is of the two of you and a moment or event together would be good,at least I think so,at any rate,good luck and Merry Christmas to you both

I got my fiancee ncaa football 07, something I know he's been wanting. I got him other things too but that's one of the main ones. I wouldn't get him jewelry unless we were celebrating an anniversary or something of the sort. But yours may be different. Good luck!

buy him something you know he wants but won't buy for himself. and the reason most guys don't like jewelry is because that is alot of money to spend on a roll of the dice on someone else's taste. i know i have mentioned several things around my g/f and i think she picked up on them but i say pick a hobby or interest of his and get him something VERY nice from that.

Framed picture of the two of you, especially one that is candid in an already engraved frame. I got that for my boyfriend on our 9 month anniversary... and now we been married almost 4 years!

I wouldn't go with jewelry...maybe some tickets to his favorite sporting event, but don't expect him to take you though....let him know that he should take one of his friends that way he can really enjoy it!
