To delete all the internet history on Windows 98 or later, open windows explorer or click the window button and r, then type
C:\Documents and Settings\"your username"\Local Settings. Then there will be a few folders with the cookies and temp files delete everything in the folders, and the history. If you are using Firefox 1.7 or later then just ctrl + shift + del.

Go to the tools option in the main bar over the top of any web page. Click Internet options. Delete the cookies, delete your history, delete Files.

you are telling us the problem you have . but I think if you want to uses the site like you say , then tell your boyfriend what you are doing.
you can keep deleting your cookies but there will come that day when you forget to do it and that is the time your man will find them
and then you will probably have to explain what you have been doing, if your boy friend loves you he should have no problem with you going to the site to do what you say you are doing

If you are using IE 7 as your web page... go to tools> Internet options> browsing history> delete and delete the things you want there.

Go on to File at the top of the screen. Go down to Import and Export and click on it. The Import and Export wizard will come up. Click next, then click Export Cookies.

delete temp internet files
also click on content tab
delete forms and passwords
delete history (so ur bloke cant see you've been on dating sites)
