I get this message at least once per day. What does it mean? What kind of script?

Generally speaking, you get that error because, as previously noted, some JavaScript is taking too long to execute.
The reason it takes too long to execute is because the script has a lot of work to do -- that is, a lot of data to process. This is most common when the Flash movie is trying to get data from someplace else, such as an XML document.
The problem is with the Flash movie on the site, not your computer. The person who made the Flash movie has not taken care to ensure the animation will execute quickly.
Add that site to the long list of sins perpetrated against man by Flash accolytes, and stop going to it.

Is your machine short on memory/virtual memory? Free up some hard drive space. Sorry for not taking the time to pick through the whole script, but is anything generating lots of copies of itself (like the snow falling script)? Sometimes that will slow things down. Maybe it's creating too many empty movie clips.

The Action Script of the application you are running is not working correctly re-load the application.

the flash file within that page is badly coded?
You dont mention what page you're visting
Also, if the server is slow, and the page fails to load completely (ie it doesn' download the entire flash file within that page) the errors like that can occur.
