They do work for some people, you have to be put everything else out of your mind, and be open minded, then relax and listen. You basically have to believe in it, and that it works, or like a lot of things you will unconsciously be fighting it. I am able to hypnotise myself now, but I use it mostly for pain relief. I got stuck once having to walk about a block in a cold rain and it was the only way I could have made it. Amazing! There are some great self help books.

I wouldnt' doubt it, It's all in the head. And what hynopsis does you can do yourself. My teacher she went and got hypnotised to lose weight or whatever she lost like 2 pounds than it all stopped. I really don't think it's any good and I don't think you should go spend your money but it's your choice.

Don't know about self hypnosis.
The real thing does work. Cured my other half out of her fear of flying so she could get from Oz to England with no worries.

yeah they do I really believe they helped me stopped smoking where patches and will power alone failed so I would recommend highly
