I need to send medicines and other articles.

I am unsure what country you live in, but you can send packages to Cuba through agencies. the one we use is Antillas Express. I've included a link below, they also have pre-made packages available.

I don't think you can send anything to Cuba they are on the State Department's watch list. US citizens are restricted from going their to Cuba, so I find it hard to believe that they would let a package be sent there by a US citizen since we still have an embargo on them for the past 50 years. Ask someone in Canada or Mexico or another country to mail it. Ask the post office to be sure.

I'm not sure if you can do that from the U.S. You should ask at the post office. If you cannot, then send your things to someone you know in Canada, Mexico or somewhere in Europe. Have them send the things to Cuba. Other countries are not boycotting Cuba.
