I woke up this morning and saw a red spotty area on my penis. There is no pain and fuctionality is fine. I am pretty sure it;s just a broken vessel, but I'd feel better if I had a general concenious on what the problem is and if it is any cause for concern. Thanks for you help! I know it may seem like a dumb question- but you don't want to take any risks with 'it'.

(Sounds like a broken vessel or a bruise to me. It should go away in a few days if you leave it alone and stop having sex or masturbating. If it doesnt, go see a doctor.)

Probably a broken vessel, leave it for a few days and if it doesn't go away, go see a Doc
